Shipping Policy

NOTE: Carrier shipping times are longer than usual due to extra COVID precautions and delays are possible.

We know you can’t wait for that delivery truck to pull up with all your new goodies!  We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Please allow 1- 3 business days for order processing.  See below for shipping timeframes.

After your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number.  Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.

Around holidays / holiday weekends, our order fulfillment times may be slightly delayed given order volumes. 

Shipping - United States

Cost
All orders $75 and over that are being shipped to an address within the United States will qualify for free shipping, otherwise a $5 flat rate will be charged.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-3 Business Days after they’ve been placed. Once the order has been shipped it will usually arrive in 4-14 Business Days. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

Shipping - International

Cost
Unfortunately at this time there is no free shipping available on international orders.  International orders have a $10 flat rate fee.

How long will it take to receive my order?
International shipping times are usually 15 - 30 Business Days.  There are some exceptions with countries such as those in South America where shipping can take much longer (up to 60 Business Days)

Additional information
  • International shipping to specific countries may not be available on all products due to supplier constraints.  The product description will contain information about if international shipping is available.  If you do not see any international shipping information on the product description, there are no restrictions on where the product can be shipped.  In rare occasions, the international shipping information may be incorrect, although we strive to have it as accurate as possible.  In the case that an order has been placed but is unable to be delivered to the requested country, we will cancel the order and refund the payment to the original payment method. 
  • Customs fees and duties are the customer's responsibility. 
  • We do note ship to international PO boxes.

Order Cancellation or adjustments

Need to cancel or make an adjustment? Let us know right away, and we'll do our best! email support@suuona.com.  We’ll do what we can to accommodate your change!  Unfortunately we're unable to make any changes once an order is sent to our warehouse.

My tracking number hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?

Don’t fret!  Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.

My tracking number says the package was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere.  What should I do?

  • Check your mailbox!  If the package isn’t in your mailbox, check with a friendly neighbor / doorman, or a well-meaning roommate / partner, who may have received the package on your behalf without letting you know.
  • While we can’t take responsibility for shipments that have arrived but are misplaced, we do find that they materialize quite quickly! Email us at support@suuona.com with any questions.
