RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY AND PROCEDURES
- Items purchase in the last 30 days
- In unused, unwashed, undamaged and resellable condition.
- For women's swimwear, the original adhesive, hygiene liner must be in place.
- In the original packaging with all the tags intact.
ExchangesWe allow the exchange of purchased items for a different size or color. The item(s) must meet all of the conditions for a Returnable item (see above). We offer complimentary shipping on exchanges.
What items are Not Returnable/Exchangeable
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that were purchased over 30 days ago
- Used items
- Gift cards
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Sale items (only eligible for store credit)
- Items purchased with store credit
Returns on internationally shipped order
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to offer free returns on international orders. You may still return or exchange, but all shipping costs to and from your location must be covered by you, and not by Suuona. We offer an extra 30 days for returns from international orders due to longer shipping times.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. If it is, reach out to us at email@example.com within 7 days of the delivered date and we will make it right. After 7 days we will not accept returns or exchanges for defective, damaged.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a refund or exchange, including the reason.
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines that you will need to follow in order to return your item(s). If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5-7 Business Days after we receive your return.
- All products must be shipped back to us within 10 days after return authorization.
- As we are a small business we aren't yet able to offer free returns, thus returns have a $5 restocking fee (deducted from refund amount), however, we offer complimentary shipping on the following:
- Returns due to items that were damaged before receiving
- Incorrect items received due to an error on our part
- Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria as stated in this policy.
- Denied returns and exchanges will be shipped back to the customer.
- If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
- The original shipping fee is Non Refundable

- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
